great parks and eateries just steps from your room

I had a wonderful stay for three nights where the area felt vibrant and welcoming. The hotel was just a short stroll from some fantastic local eateries and lovely parks like Centenial Gardens and Alley Pond Park, perfect for a weekend wander.

Surprised in the worst way!

My stay was shocking. No one was allowed to relax in the living area. The room wasn't thoroughly cleaned, with stains lingering. Staff were unprofessional and indifferent. I fled quickly, wishing for a cleaner and more welcoming environment.

This place was decent for a short stopover while visiting UBS Arena. I appreciated the spacious room that offered a comfortable seating area and easy access to the bathroom. The staff were generally kind and attentive during my stay, which made a significant difference. However, some areas, like the elevator service, could definitely use improvement.

I enjoyed the modern decor of the Deluxe King Room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a huge TV perfect for unwinding after a day out. Nice bathroom amenities were a plus. I appreciated the hotel’s proximity to UBS Arena and some cool little shops nearby, making it easy to explore. However, the noise level was a major issue. People partied in the lobby and hallways until after 2:30 am, making it hard to sleep. The smoke alarm went off, and the staff seemed clueless about the situation. I left early just to escape the chaos. It felt like there wasn’t enough control over the noisy guests. Overall, my stay could have been much better without the disturbances.

Just a solid selection for a break on a long journey in New York with excellent value for money. The staff quickly resolved the issue when our room wasn’t ready upon arrival, which we appreciated. Be prepared for a bit of a walk to get to the arena due to the interstate blocking the direct route.

Ask for a room away from the elevator and higher up to reduce noise from the street and hallway.

I stayed here for a concert and the location was unbeatable! The room was comfortable and the front desk made it easy to receive deliveries without hassle. As two women traveling alone, we felt completely safe during our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone attending events nearby or for a business trip.

Spent 2 nights in a Deluxe Double Room. Everything was super clean with comfy beds and a nice flat-screen TV. They really made it easy to get deliveries, which was great. Plus, there’s great access to ride shares. Safe place for women traveling alone. Definitely would stay again for events at UBS Arena.

The hallway carried a noticeable odor of cigarette smoke, and there was visible dirt on the rug. I encountered repeated issues with the TV. it had limited functionality and couldn't be turned on consistently during my stay. Unfortunately, the walls offered zero soundproofing—heard everything from my neighbors. For this rate, I expected better maintenance and cleanliness.
